We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager who loves bringing software products to market and knows how to turn new features into campaigns people actually care about. This isn't a traditional marketing role. One week you might be launching a new product feature, the next you're building a webinar, updating the website, creating sales collateral, writing customer emails, reviewing campaign performance, or working alongside Product and Client Services to make sure a launch goes off without a hitch. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing and works closely with Product, Sales, Executive Leadership, and Client Services. What You'll Be Doing Own the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, website, webinars, SEO, paid search, and social media. Partner with Product and Client Services to plan and execute software feature launches and go-to-market campaigns. Create customer-facing marketing materials including emails, landing pages, sales sheets, one-pagers, presentations, videos, and website content. Help shape product messaging and positioning by translating technical features into clear customer benefits Manage and update the Nucleus website, landing pages, and digital assets. Build and execute email marketing campaigns, customer announcements, newsletters, and product communications. Coordinate webinars, product demos, release campaigns, and customer education initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and analytics. Work closely with Sales to develop marketing materials that support customer acquisition and product adoption Help keep our marketing calendar organized while managing multiple projects and deadlines. Stay current on digital marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technology that can improve our marketing efforts. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of product marketing experience Experience marketing B2B SaaS or technology products is required Hands-on product marketing experience, including software launches, feature releases, go-to-market campaigns, and customer communications Experience managing websites, SEO, email marketing, paid search, webinars, and social media Experience creating marketing collateral including sales sheets, landing pages, presentations, product emails, and customer-facing content Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital campaign strategy Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms Comfortable using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and reporting tools to measure performance Working knowledge of
