We have a family-friendly work environment and are proud to offer an unrivaled culture based around our identified core values below. We collaborate closely with healthcare providers to ensure the highest quality and efficacy of our compounded medications. We offer full benefits, generous PTO, tremendous bonus opportunities, and aggressive growth potential. Job Overview The Product Marketing Manager, Peptides & HRT is a high-impact hybrid role that owns the commercial success of MediVera's peptide and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) product lines. You will serve as the strategic bridge between clinical science and market execution — developing compelling positioning, leading product launches, creating sales enablement materials, and driving prescriber and telehealth partner adoption. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales with a close partnership with the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for translating complex clinical information into clear, persuasive messaging and tools that accelerate revenue growth. This is a critical position for someone with deep peptide expertise who thrives at the intersection of product marketing, content strategy, and sales enablement.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and own the strategic positioning, messaging, value propositions, and sales talking points for MediVera's peptide and HRT product lines while taking pride in everything you do to create clear, compelling, and clinically accurate materials. Continuously monitor industry trends, competitive activity, regulatory changes, and clinical developments, embracing a growth mindset to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive category growth. Lead end-to-end commercial launches of new peptide and HRT formulations from planning through post-launch optimization, working your hardest to ensure successful market adoption and revenue impact. Create high-impact launch assets including provider announcements, sales decks, clinical reference materials, one-pagers, HubSpot sequences, landing pages, and conference collateral. Build and maintain a comprehensive peptide & HRT sales playbook, including objection handlers, competitive comparisons, and FAQs, while displaying positive team spirit through close collaboration with the sales team. Deliver ongoing training and enablement sessions to the sales team to build clinical confidence and selling effectiveness. Join selected sales calls as the product and clinical expert to support complex conversations and key account closings while demonstrating respect for all partners and colleagues. Systematically gather field feedback and continuously refine materials and positioning to improve performance. Partner closely with the pharmacist and clinical team to ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and medically sound. Collaborate with marketing on integrated campaigns and brand consistency while maintaining alignment across all channels. Represent MediVera at 4-6 industry trade shows and conferences per year, actively contributing to thought leadership and relationship building. Attributes & Skills Minimum 2+ years of direct, hands-on experience in the peptide space (candidates without demonstrated peptide knowledge will not be considered). Strong experience with HRT (hormone replacement therapy) products is highly preferred. 3+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, clinical marketing, or a related role within pharmaceutical, compounding, or regulated healthcare. Proven ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, compelling messaging and sales materials. Excellent writing and presentation skills across multiple formats. Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools) and standard marketing platforms. Willingness to travel for trade shows and key initiatives (10-15%). Self-directed with the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-moving environment. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent collaboration and communication skills across sales, clinical, and marketing teams. This job description reflects our commitment to have respect for all, take pride in everything you do, embrace a growth mindset, work your hardest, and display positive team spirit in all aspects of our organization.
