Sales & Marketing Manager•Job Summary The Little Grill Productions Sales & Marketing Manager will maintain, develop, and execute the sales and marketing strategy for Little Grill Productions (LGP). This is a part-time leadership role — 20•30 hours per week — with real responsibility for how LGP presents itself to the world and grows its reach. The ideal candidate is creative, self-directed, and genuinely excited about what the Little Grill is and where it's going. About Little Grill Productions The Little Grill has been a cornerstone of the Harrisonburg community for over 85 years. Under current ownership since 2023, LGP is in an exciting growth phase — adding dinner service, launching a food truck, and deepening its role as a community gathering place.

We are looking for someone who brings: Direct experience with sales and marketing in a small business or related environment Hands-on experience with website management and social media content creation Strong creative and design sensibility, with experience using graphic design tools Comfort with data — analyzing what's working, tracking results, and adjusting accordingly The ability to imagine and identify new opportunities for LGP promotion Strong communication skills — written, visual, and interpersonal The capacity to work collaboratively with a small leadership team A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is welcome but not required. What matters most is demonstrated ability and a genuine connection to what we're doing. The Role This is a 20•30-hour per week position with real ownership over LGP's public presence. You will be part of the leadership team, participate in monthly and quarterly meetings, and work closely with the owner/integrator to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will also coordinate with motivated staff members who contribute to marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Develop and maintain a consistent, engaging presence across LGP's social media platforms. Create daily content that reflects the brand, promotes events and specials, and builds community. Website Maintain and develop the LGP website. Keep content current, ensure it reflects the brand accurately, and identify opportunities for improvement. LGP App Manage and develop the Little Grill's Adalo-based app. Keep content current and look for ways to increase engagement and usefulness for customers. Brand & Design Oversee LGP's visual identity including logos, menus, merchandise, and all customer-facing design. Ensure consistency across platforms and regularly review for opportunities to refresh or improve. Marketing Strategy In collaboration with the owner/integrator, develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing strategy for LGP — including targeted campaigns, seasonal promotions, customer incentive programs, and new platforms or channels as they emerge. Event Promotion Promote LGP events across all channels. Develop event-specific content and coordinate timing and messaging with the operations team. Retail & Merchandise Oversee the design and ordering of LGP retail merchandise. Track inventory and identify opportunities for new products. Reputation & Public Perception Monitor and actively manage LGP's online reputation, including responding to reviews and engaging with the public across platforms. Maintain consistent and authentic brand messaging as LGP grows. Analytics & Reporting Track the performance of marketing efforts and report regularly to the leadership team. Use data to inform decisions and improve results over time. Food Truck Launch Play an active role in the marketing launch of the LGP food truck — including naming, brand identity, social media presence, and grand opening promotion.
