Full Job Description Position Description:
The Senior Manager, Channel Marketing is responsible for creating, engaging, and executing the partner marketing strategy across Infinite Electronics' global distribution network. This senior-level role will drive alignment between distributors, sales, and marketing to amplify Infinite's presence in the channel, accelerate growth, and deliver results aligned with company and brand goals. This individual will be a strategic, hands-on marketing leader with deep experience in both eCommerce and sales-led environments , capable of building strong partner relationships and optimizing channel marketing performance.
General Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Channel Marketing Strategy:
Create and lead the strategy for distributor and partner marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Infinite's business and brand priorities.
Partner Collaboration:
Proactively engage with distributors to design and implement programs that drive awareness, engagement, and sales growth, including targeted campaigns, joint content, and customer initiatives.
Cross-Functional Liaison:
Serve as the primary connection between Infinite's Marketing, Sales, and Channel teams, as well as distributor marketing leaders, ensuring consistent communication, shared goals, and effective program delivery.
Content & Enablement:
Educate internal stakeholders on the content, tools, and information needed to accelerate growth within the distribution channel at 2× market pace. Identify and close gaps in marketing enablement and customer experience.
Performance Management:
Own and manage the Market Development Fund (MDF), budget setting metrics, monitoring utilization, and ensuring ROI on all funded activities.
Relationship Building:
Develop deep, strategic relationships with marketing and sales leaders at key distribution partners to position Infinite as the partner of choice for joint marketing initiatives.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify new tools, platforms, and opportunities to enhance partner engagement, streamline execution, and improve overall customer experience within the distribution network.
Leadership Contribution:
Serve as a key member of the Infinite Marketing Leadership Team, providing strategic insights and channel expertise to guide the broader business.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including significant channel marketing responsibility Experience in distribution-based B2B environments, ideally in electronics, manufacturing, or technology Strong understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, and partner enablement strategies Demonstrated ability to develop and manage large-scale partner marketing programs and budgets Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results and continuous optimization

The work environment is typically considered to be an office environment located on-site, within an Infinite location, during regular or extended business hours. The work environment may include the employee's residence (Work from Home) or a hybrid combination of home and on-site facility.
