We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager (PMM) with a strong background in B2B technology to help drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market differentiation. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating product value into compelling positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution.
The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in B2B product marketing, thrives in cross-functional environments, and can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. While this role is based in Chicago, Illinois, we are open to remote candidates who align strongly with the role requirements and company culture.
Own core messaging frameworks and ensure consistency across marketing, sales, and customer-facing materials. Go-to-Market StrategyLead and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches, feature releases, and enhancements.
Partner closely with Product Management, Demand Gen, Content, and Sales to ensure successful launches and ongoing adoption. Sales EnablementCreate and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, product one-pagers, competitive battlecards, FAQs, and usecase collateral.
Enable Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success teams with training and narrative support that improves pipeline conversion and deal velocity.
Market & Customer InsightsConduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to inform product strategy and messaging.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations that influence roadmap prioritization and marketing strategy. Cross-Functional LeadershipAct as the voice of the market internally, aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
Support integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, and lifecycle marketing.
Measurement & OptimizationDefine success metrics for product marketing initiatives, track performance, and iterate to improve results.
Analyze launch performance, adoption trends, and competitive shifts to continuously refine strategy.
Leverage AI-enabled tools and build practical agents to streamline workflows, improve measurement, surface insights faster, and optimize product marketing impact.
Proven experience owning product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles, personas, and sales-led or hybrid GTM models.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools
Familiarity with competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and customer research.
Experience working with global or enterprise audiences.
Background in payments, fraud, SaaS platforms, or data-driven products (nice to have, not required).

Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Product Marketing Manager/Portfolio Marketing Manager in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.Proven experience owning product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
Strong understanding of B2B buying cycles, personas, and sales-led or hybrid GTM models.
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Demonstrated ability to use AI tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting Sales and Revenue teams with enablement programs.Familiarity with competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and customer research.
Experience working with global or enterprise audiences.

$145,000-$155,000 base salary. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations.
