Pay will depend on experience level. My company, Peak Racks, manufactures bicycle parking racks for universities, commercial buildings, municipalities, and residential settings. Involvement and experience in the biking community professionally or personally would be very helpful. Someone local is preferred, but fully remote would be possible as well.
