Blue Terra Management is currently seeking a part-time Social Media Marketing Manager in the Boise, Idaho area. This position will start as part time but can evolve into a full time position if objectives are met. The Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media and digital marketing strategies across Blue Terra Management's portfolio of RV parks and resorts. This position plays a key role in increasing brand awareness, driving guest engagement, generating reservations, and supporting the growth of the company through innovative marketing initiatives. The perfect candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, content creation, hospitality, and outdoor recreation. We are seeking proactive problem-solvers, self-starters, who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering measurable results.
- Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across all company brands and properties.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels.
- Capture and create high-quality photo and video content showcasing park amenities, events, guest experiences, and local attractions.
- Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with guests and followers.
- Create and distribute monthly newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with park management teams to promote events, special offers, seasonal campaigns, and community partnerships.
- Analyze social media and marketing performance metrics and provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive reservations.
- Stay current with social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and platform updates.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of company websites, online listings, and digital marketing assets.
- Travel to park locations as needed to gather content and support marketing initiatives.
- Support brand development and ensure all marketing materials align with company standards and vision.
- Required knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content creation best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and digital analytics software.
- Excellent content editing skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create compelling marketing campaigns that drive engagement and business growth.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, creative, detailed, and goal-oriented.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Occasional travel to park locations throughout Idaho, Oregon, Washington and future expansion markets.
- Will be required to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat and freezing temperatures.
- Regular use of computers, mobile devices, cameras, and related marketing equipment.
- Work will occur in both office and outdoor environments.
- There is potential for exposure to dirt, dust, loud noises, and varying terrain while visiting park locations.
Required Licensing:
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Work schedule:
- The company operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
- Primarily Monday through Friday business hours.
- Occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays are required to support events, campaigns, content creation, and special projects.
- Schedule flexibility required to support company marketing initiatives across multiple locations.

- Boise Idaho Area - Caldwell/Middleton/Nampa/Meridian
- Will consider part time remote work Blue Terra Management manages a portfolio of RV parks/resorts across the Intermountain West, United States.
