In this role, you will craft innovative content, execute targeted campaigns, work with third parties, and leverage analytics to elevate our brand visibility. We offer a flexible work schedule, focused on execution and measurable success - rather than number of hours or face time. Plus, employee discount, shift meals when you're on site, and more. This is an autonomous position with dotted lines to collaborate across the management team. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content such as graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with branding guidelines and marketing goals. Utilize Spothopper to schedule posts, monitor campaigns, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; respond promptly to comments and messages to foster community relationships. Manage paid advertising campaigns to optimize reach and ROI through targeted keyword research and audience segmentation. Collaborate with Owner, Executive Chef, and Restaurant Manager to ensure consistency of brand messaging, events, etc. Track web analytics to measure campaign effectiveness; prepare reports that inform future marketing strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design software. Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing best practices. Experience with Spothopper a plus. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform along with skills in video editing for engaging multimedia content. Excellent proofreading skills with an eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all communications. Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights.
