We're seeking a Senior Manager, Global Brand OOH to lead the strategic development of Crocs' OOH media globally. This person will play an integral role in driving brand consideration, awareness and new customers to the brand. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, consumer-centric, and a creative problem solver. They thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and bring an entrepreneurial spirit to how they approach their work and strategic thinking. This individual over indexes in their OOH expertise with extensive background and confidence in developing, executing, and measuring global OOH plans. They have a strong understanding of the existing OOH landscape around the world, whilst keeping up on advances in technology, innovation, measurement, and research related to the industry. This role is remote in Los Angeles, CA.What You'll Do Lead the development and execution of brand OOH plans across North America for Crocs' key product stories ranging from the Classic Clog to Sandals to Cozzzy. Work cross-functionally to ensure that OOH brand media campaigns and content support the seasonal integrated marketing plan, seamlessly supporting brand and product storytelling and growth Collaborate closely with Brand Media team to ensure the role of OOH is aligned with overarching brand media strategy globally Creative ideation how to bring campaign to live in partnership with production team
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. Frequent communication is required to facilitate alignment to the strategy and a high-functioning and collaborative partnership. Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to identify and support innovation opportunities and help keep Crocs at the forefront of the evolving OOH industry
Communicate with the International Markets to stay on top of local trends and educate on optimal OOH approach What You'll Bring to the Table Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least Eight (8)+ years extensive experience and proficiency in OOH media coupled with a great foundation in brand; role will focus on NA - International experience a plus for future
Significant experience in how to strategically plan and manage paid media with differing objectives across the marketing funnel: large brand launches focusing on awareness to drive to retail tactics moving consideration
Experience planning and buying across OOH media sectors (traditional, digital, experiential, etc.) Track record of building OOH plans that drive awareness and consideration, and the ability to clearly, simply articulate how it drives the business Strong negotiation skills across partners, markets, and formats
Established relationships with major OOH media and print vendors
Advanced analytical skills, ability to translate complex data, trends and insights into actionable strategy and insights
Experience and confidence working within a matrixed organization, building positive relationships, and driving empathetic alignment across departments Previous experience in retail/footwear is preferred, but not required Excellent project management oversight abilities; can drive forward projects and initiatives in ambiguous and changing environments against timelines The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
