This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft compelling campaigns, optimize digital presence, and elevate our market position through strategic planning and creative execution. As a key member of our team, you will harness your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics to deliver measurable results that propel our business forward. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on multichannel marketing approaches including digital, print, and social media platforms. Manage and optimize online presence through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques, Google Analytics insights, and WordPress website management to increase visibility and engagement. Lead content marketing efforts by creating compelling copy for blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertising materials that resonate with target audiences. Oversee social media marketing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other relevant channels to build brand awareness and foster community engagement. Coordinate advertising sales initiatives by developing effective ad campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite tools and managing budgets for paid promotions like Google AdWords. Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and improve conversion rates through targeted email marketing strategies. Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) and e-commerce environments. Collaborate with product management teams to support product launches with tailored marketing plans that include performance marketing tactics such as retargeting and PPC (pay-per-click) advertising. Track campaign performance using analytics tools; generate reports to measure ROI (Return on Investment), optimize ongoing efforts, and present insights to stakeholders. Experience Proven experience in digital marketing roles with a strong focus on multichannel marketing strategies. Demonstrated expertise in SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and performance marketing techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress CMS platform, HTML coding basics, and Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making. Hands-on experience with advertising sales campaigns utilizing Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and print advertising methods. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and product management principles to support online sales initiatives. Excellent research skills combined with copywriting talent to craft engaging messaging tailored for diverse audiences. Ability to manage budgets effectively while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of marketing automation tools along with email marketing platforms for nurturing leads and customer engagement strategies.
