Job Description

Position Overview Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for healthcare growth? We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility's census development. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our facility, building meaningful partnerships with hospitals, physicians, and community leaders to drive admissions and ensure our residents receive the exceptional care they deserve. Responsibilities Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies that elevate our facility's presence and drive occupancy. Cultivate and sustain high-impact referral networks with hospitals, physicians, and community partners. Manage the admissions pipeline, turning inquiries and tours into warm welcomes for new residents. Act as a compassionate liaison, guiding families through a seamless and supportive admission journey. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the healthcare marketplace. Collaborate with leadership to develop annual marketing and census goals. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and local healthcare developments to adapt strategies. Plan and execute community outreach programs and events to raise awareness about our services. Collaborate with the management team to design promotional materials and content for various platforms. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven adjustments. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain the facility's positive public image. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, managed care, and SNF services including short-term rehab and long-term care. Proven success with 2+ years in healthcare marketing, specifically within skilled nursing or post-acute care.
