Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Social Media and Marketing Manager to elevate our clients's brand presence across digital platforms. This energetic role demands a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, content creation, and digital engagement. You will lead our social media initiatives, craft compelling marketing campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth for our clients and our company. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, blog posts, and photography that align with brand voice and marketing goals. Utilize social listening tools to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing tactics. Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other social media ad platforms to optimize reach and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PR, sales, and product development to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Oversee graphic design projects using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator to produce visually compelling content. Maintain relationships with influencers, media outlets, and community partners to expand outreach efforts. Coordinate with e-commerce teams to promote online sales through targeted digital marketing campaigns. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency before publication. Skills Proven experience in social media management with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and best practices. Expertise in SEO strategies including keyword research to enhance content discoverability. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and visual content creation. Skilled in video editing techniques for creating engaging multimedia content. Familiarity with social listening tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring online conversations. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising platform for creating effective paid campaigns. Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to track performance metrics. Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and internal teams. Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels. Experience in public relations strategies to manage brand reputation effectively.
