The Regional Marketing & Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, memberships, programming participation, event attendance, and community engagement across multiple pickleball facility locations and SEPP. This role oversees regional social media presence, local marketing campaigns, partnerships, content creation, promotions, and community outreach while ensuring brand consistency across all facilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, creative, community-focused, and passionate about building an engaging customer experience through digital and local marketing efforts. Social Media Management Manage social media accounts for all assigned locations Create and schedule engaging content across platforms including: Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn YouTube Develop monthly content calendars Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and community interaction Capture and edit photo/video content at facilities and events Maintain consistent branding and messaging across locations Stay current on social media trends and platform updates Content Creation Create promotional graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos
