Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing, as well as cross-functionally with teams in mission, retail, facilities and human resources. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with exceptional visual design skills, a passion for photography and video production, and a strong understanding of social media trends, platform behavior, and audience engagement. EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Public Relations, Multimedia, or related field preferred. Equivalent education and/or professional experience will be considered. One-to-three years of relevant experience A portfolio demonstrating graphic design, photography, videography, and other creative work is required.
QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
(E) - Essential function of job duties Adhere to & promote Goodwill's performance standards & Core Values. Foster a positive team environment. (E) Serve as the primary content producer for Goodwill West Texas by creating graphic designs, photography, video, social media content, and other written and visual marketing materials. (E) Produce strategic multimedia content for social media channels while monitoring trends, platform behavior, and content performance to optimize future content for increased audience engagement and reach. (E) Respond to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner while fostering a positive online community. (E) Design newsletters, promotional materials, presentations, signage, advertisements, event materials, and other print and digital marketing pieces while ensuring all communications reflect Goodwill West Texas' brand. (E) Collaborate with internal departments to develop creative marketing materials and communication solutions that support organizational initiatives. (E) Collaborate with the Director of Communications and Marketing to utilize paid social and other digital advertising campaigns. (E) Compile and maintain monthly social media and marketing performance reports. (E) Represent and promote Goodwill West Texas through community events and outreach opportunities as needed. (E) Communicate professionally and positively with co-workers and others. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
