Job Description

Executive Administrator, Comms, Marketing & Investor Relations Location Austin, TX Employment Type Full time Location Type On-site Department Marketing Overview Application T1 Energy is bringing solar manufacturing back to the U.S. by building a domestic solar supply chain. Our mission is to invigorate America with scalable, reliable, and low-cost energy. Our fully operational 5GW solar module facility in Wilmer, Texas, can manufacture more than 20,000 modules every 24 hours. By the time you finish reading this paragraph, we will have produced two solar panels that will power American homes and fuel domestic AI. We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support the executive leaders across our Communications, Marketing, and Investor Relations teams. Three functions, three distinct rhythms, three very different sets of priorities, and one person who can keep them all moving in the right direction. This is a role for someone with range. One moment you're coordinating a press appearance, the next you're tracking an investor meeting, prep timeline, and after that you're wrangling a creative campaign deadline that was due yesterday. If you have a creative background, an appreciation for how marketing and communications teams operate, and the interpersonal skills to build genuine relationships across a diverse group of leaders, you'll thrive here. Polished, personable, and unflappable are the name of the game. What You'll Do Provide executive support to senior leaders across Communications, Marketing, and Investor Relations, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Coordinate across three different teams with different workflows and priorities, keeping deadlines visible and commitments on track. Support the logistics of external-facing activities including press events, investor meetings, speaking engagements, and campaign launches. Prepare briefing materials, agendas, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executive leaders. Manage relationships with external partners including media contacts, agencies, event vendors, and investor relations platforms. Track creative and communications project timelines, flagging bottlenecks and helping keep production schedules on track. Assist with expense reporting, budget coordination, and vendor invoicing across the three teams. Serve as a poised and professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Bring energy, adaptability, and a positive presence to a team that moves fast and operates in the public eye. Who You Are Personable and polished, you're equally comfortable in a creative brainstorm and a boardroom. Adaptable and even-keeled, with the interpersonal range to work effectively across very different personalities and working styles. Familiar with creative environments and the unique way marketing and communications teams think, work, and manage deadlines. Professionally resilient, you can navigate competing priorities, shifting timelines, and strong personalities without losing your footing. A natural relationship-builder who earns trust quickly and maintains it consistently. Highly organized, with the ability to hold multiple work streams together without letting anything slip. Qualifications 3+ years of executive or administrative support experience, ideally within a marketing, communications, media, or investor relations environment. Background or experience in a creative field, agency setting, or alongside marketing and communications teams is a strong plus. Familiarity with investor relations workflows, financial communications, or public company environments is a plus. Proficiency with productivity and scheduling tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.). Experience with project management or creative workflow tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com , or similar) is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and everything in between. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple executives and priorities simultaneously with professionalism and grace. Discretion and good judgment when handling sensitive communications or confidential information. The T1 Way We move fast, expect accountability, and treat people with respect. We also have a no-jerks policy: we don't tolerate big egos, bad behavior or "that's not my job attitude". Be sharp, be honest, be human. If you can hold the line and have a sense of humor, you'll fit right in. T1 Energy is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants and do not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristics.
