Social Media Manager Certified Collision Works + Certified Elite We're looking for someone who doesn't just "post content"… We want someone who can help us grow a brand, drive attention, and turn content into opportunity.

This role supports both:

Certified Collision Works (local auto collision shop) Certified Elite (coaching brand for shop owners & technicians)

What You'll Be Responsible For:

Create and post daily content (Reels, Stories, Posts) Capture behind-the-scenes shop content (before/after, team, process) Turn real moments into engaging content Manage DMs, comments, and basic engagement Help grow our audience and local presence Work directly with the owner to execute content ideas Repurpose content for multiple platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

What We're Looking For:

Dependable (you show up and get it done) Creative and detail-oriented Coachable and open to feedback A team player with a positive attitude Someone who understands attention = opportunity Local to Corpus Christi (preferred for content capture)

Bonus If You:

Know how to edit videos (CapCut, Canva, etc.) Understand trending content and hooks Have experience with business or brand growth Can think like a marketer, not just a content poster This Is More Than a
