We're looking for a driven and enthusiastic Marketing Manager to join our team at an upscale active adult community in Lewisville/Fort Worth. Our community offers more than beautiful apartments, it delivers a vibrant lifestyle powered by engaging life enriching activities, exceptional amenities, and meaningful resident experiences. As a Marketing Manager, you'll be at the heart of our community! From creating first impressions, to building relationships, and driving leasing success, your day-to-day will include: Connecting with prospective residents by responding to inquiries, scheduling tours, and showcasing everything our community has to offer Delivering personalized, engaging property tours that highlight lifestyle, amenities, and value Building local partnerships and executing outreach marketing to generate traffic and referrals Supporting and contributing to social media marketing efforts to promote the community and engage prospective residents Guiding applicants through the leasing process, from application to approval Verifying application details and ensuring accuracy in documentation Helping the team meet and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets Conducting market research and contributing ideas to enhance marketing strategies Supporting team operations, including occasional overtime when needed Qualifications Proven leasing and/or sales experience Senior living experience? That's a big plus A confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to connect with people Strong follow-up skills and the ability to overcome objections Proven ability to create and manage engaging social media marketing content.
