This person supports Marketing and Land Development in contributing to annual home sales goals while strengthening the brand of our communities. They will lead the development of a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes advertising and brand campaigns, signage, realtor and builder programming, events, websites, and collateral materials. Additional responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, conducting research to uncover category insights, analyzing market trends, and partnering cross-functionally on initiatives such as naming new neighborhoods. You should be comfortable with digital media and able to translate campaigns to digital requirements. Success in this role requires a commitment to excellence, a data-driven mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver creative, effective solutions. This is a leadership role and as such, will be encouraged and expected to improve team processes and take a role in defining success. What You Will Do Partner with the VP of Marketing and the Director of Commercial Marketing to develop annual marketing plans and quarterly activation strategies for Bridgeland, The Woodlands Hills, and the residential portion of The Woodlands. Lead planning for this area and develop the budget needed to support these activities. Plan and execute initiatives to drive awareness, press, and visits to new housing products, model home parks, and amenity centers. This includes gathering details for PR and social strategy, developing advertising campaigns, coordinating with key stakeholders, and overseeing events such as groundbreakings and grand openings. Work with agency partners to develop seasonal campaigns that drive awareness among homebuyers and encourage visits to our communities and purchases from our builders. Own the process end to end, including campaign ideation, brief writing, media planning, and management of organic and paid assets. Partner cross-functionally with agencies and internal teams to develop names and brand identities for new neighborhoods. Develop channel programming for realtor and builder engagement. Ensure invoices are collected and paid in a timely manner. About You 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong preference for expertise in real estate development or related industries. Demonstrated ability to align creative vision with business strategy, delivering innovative, brand-aligned marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and enhance competitive positioning. Experience in contributing to and overseeing design and execution for complex integrated marketing campaigns. Expert in leveraging data analytics, marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and social media insights to interpret trends, inform decisions, and optimize marketing strategies. Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies, while thriving in a collaborative, matrixed environment across departments, regions, and time zones. Self-directed and highly organized, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, manage aggressive timelines, and solve complex problems.
