This role goes beyond production design. We are looking for someone who can own and refine our visual identity, guide creative direction, and collaborate with the Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to ensure every piece of communication reflects who we are as a company. The ideal candidate is a strong designer first — someone with exceptional taste, attention to detail, and the ability to execute across print, digital, video, and social media — while also understanding how visual communication supports leasing performance, recruiting, brand awareness, and company growth. A degree is not required. A strong portfolio and demonstrated experience matter more.
