Director of Digital Marketing & Operations Full-Time | In-House | El Paso, TX We are looking for a strong Director of Digital Marketing & Operations to help lead the company, build structure, and run the day-to-day operations of our digital marketing agency. Responsibilities Run day-to-day agency operations without needing constant CEO involvement Lead and manage the web, SEO, paid ads, social media, content, and operations teams Build structure, processes, accountability systems, and internal workflows Make sure projects are delivered on time and at a high level of quality Oversee client fulfillment, campaign performance, and team productivity Monitor KPIs, deadlines, client satisfaction, and operational performance Improve communication between departments Identify problems, create solutions, and hold the team accountable Help implement AI tools, automation, and better systems across the agency Support company growth by improving execution, retention, and service quality Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency or similar leadership role Proven experience leading teams and managing day-to-day operations Strong understanding of paid ads, SEO, websites, social media, and digital strategy AI knowledgeable and comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity Experience with ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Slack, CRMs, or similar tools Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ideal Candidate You are the person who brings order to chaos. Pay:

$48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
