Marketing Manager Crescent Hotels & Resorts vision insurance, 401(k) United States, Texas, Horseshoe Bay 200 Hi Circle North (Show on map) Jun 09, 2026 Description Marketing Manager Position Summary Horseshoe Bay Resort is seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to shape the resort's brand narrative and drive engagement across one of Texas' premier luxury destinations. This role leads integrated marketing and public relations efforts, executes multi-channel campaigns, and partners cross-functionally to support revenue growth, brand visibility, and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution Develop and execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and on-property channels Lead brand initiatives, including new amenity launches and seasonal promotions Manage campaign lifecycle from strategy and creative direction to launch and performance analysis Public Relations & Communications Oversee public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and influencer partnerships Maintain consistent brand voice across all communications and platforms Build relationships with media partners to enhance brand visibility Digital & Content Management Manage the resort's digital ecosystem, including website, social media, email marketing, and OTA channels Partner on content creation, including photo shoots, video production, and storytelling initiatives Ensure brand consistency and optimization across all digital touchpoints Experiential Marketing & Activations Plan and execute on-property activations, events, and brand collaborations Work cross-functionally with resort teams to deliver high-impact guest experiences Support large-scale events and experiential campaigns Operations & Project Management Manage the marketing calendar and prioritize multiple campaigns simultaneously Oversee creative asset production and external vendor relationships Collaborate closely with Revenue Management to align campaigns with business goals What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 3-5 years of progressive marketing or public relations experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to brand voice and detail Proven experience executing integrated campaigns across digital, media, and live events Strong project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) preferred Passion for hospitality, travel, or destination marketing

  • 5 years:
Hospitality Marketing Experience:
