Job Description
Josephine's is an award-winning Gulf Coast influenced restaurant, focused on seafood but offers a little something for everyone. We want to make sure that this restaurant represents the entire gulf coast region, not only in the food but most importantly by delivering an experience that exudes true southern hospitality.
Josephine's Gulf Coast Tradition is looking for a Manager to work with our Executive Chef and Management Team to lead our team. We are looking for someone who can grow with us, focused on the following:communication between both management team and staff as a wholefront of the house staff trainingcost controlbuilding on the culture we have establishedgrowing salesevent planning (both private events and restaurant hosted events)forecasting and planningWe are looking for someone who wants to grow in their career. Management experience isn't required, but is preferred. Mostly, we are looking for candidate who wants to learn and takes initiative.

Applicants should be able to:
