ONSITE, 5
days a week at their Houston office. You must have a background and in-depth knowledge of engineering or industrial manufacturing to be considered for this role. Your experience can be educational, i.e. studied as an engineer or have industry experience, i.e. have worked for a competitor, in industrial manufacturing, or in technology. You will have experience in translating complex engineering and equipment concepts into easily digestible terms for your B2B customers. Duties of the Senior B2B Marketing Manager:
Develop high impact marketing content, including product sheets, case studies, white papers, technical blogs, presentations, and sales enablement materials Translate mechanical product features such as valves, pumps, flow control systems, drilling components, and other engineered equipment into clear, compelling value propositions Execute digital marketing activities, including developing press releases, website updates, social media content, email campaigns, and targeted industry outreach Lead and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple teams to ensure unified messaging and timely execution Serve as the central point of contact for product related marketing projects, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and deliverables Facilitate regular project check ins, track progress, and remove roadblocks to keep campaigns and content development on schedule Align marketing activities with business priorities, customer needs, and product development roadmaps. Work closely with VP and C-level leadership to understand business priorities and execute campaigns to match Work across teams to produce content for trade shows, technical conferences, and customer presentations that highlight product performance and differentiation Requirements of the Senior B2B Marketing Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field A technical background is strongly preferred A minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, including content development Experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools for writing content, translating complex concepts Experience in the oil & gas, industrial equipment, or mechanical products Proven ability to manage cross functional projects with multiple stakeholders Strong writing and content development skills Experience translating technical information into marketing materials Experience in project management through WorkDay is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
