As an Employment Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy that defines how our organization is perceived as an employer globally. You will own the employee value proposition (EVP), employment brand narrative, and content strategy that attracts, engages, converts talent to join Caterpillar. This role partners closely with Talent Acquisition (TA) leaders, Marketing, Communications, and Social Media teams to proactively shape the strategy and react quickly to evolving talent needs worldwide. You will translate workforce insights into compelling campaigns and provide data‑driven recommendations to TA leaders on where, how, and when to activate talent marketing. Your work directly influences our ability to attract critical skills and strengthen our employer reputation across key markets. Key Responsibilities Own and evolve the global employment brand and employee value proposition (EVP) to ensure market alignment and differentiation. Develop and execute an employment brand content strategy across digital channels, job platforms, social media, and talent communities. Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to build proactive workforce marketing plans aligned to hiring priorities and future skill needs. Respond rapidly to reactive talent demands, adjusting messaging, campaigns, and channels to support urgent or hard‑to‑fill roles globally. Provide insights and recommendations to TA and HR leaders on market trends, candidate behavior, and employer brand performance. Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Social Media teams to ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all touchpoints. Measure, analyze, and optimize employment brand initiatives using data, dashboards, and recruiting metrics. Ensure employment brand messaging supports inclusion, accessibility, and a skills‑based talent approach. Required Skills Employment brand strategy and employer value proposition development Talent marketing and recruitment marketing campaign execution Content strategy, storytelling, and digital media optimization Workforce marketing analytics and insight generation Stakeholder partnership and influence across TA, HR, and Marketing Global mindset with ability to scale solutions across regions Strong written, visual, and executive‑level communication skills Preferred Skills Experience supporting global or enterprise‑scale hiring initiatives Familiarity with skills‑based talent acquisition models Social media strategy and employer brand community management Experience influencing senior TA or HR leadership with market insights Knowledge of employer brand measurement tools and platforms

LI Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00
  • $221,640.
00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
