Job Description

Position Summary The marketing manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies and campaigns for Dental Depot, aiming to promote brand awareness, attract new customers, and maintain relationships with existing ones, by creating and executing marketing initiatives across various channels while aligning with overall business objectives; duties include market research, campaign planning, budget management, project management, data analysis, and performance reporting. The marketing manager will work closely with marketing leadership and the marketing team to fulfill all the above-mentioned responsibilities.
Essential Functions Strategic Planning:
Work closely with the VP of Marketing to develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, identifying target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Campaign Execution:
Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, print, and events, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Content Creation:
Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content like website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.
Market Research:
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and behaviors, identify potential opportunities, and inform marketing strategies.
Budget Management:
Allocate marketing budget effectively across different campaigns and initiatives, tracking ROI and optimizing spending.
Project Management:
Manage campaigns and initiatives through the use of a project management system, aligning the marketing team, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring deadlines are being met.
Data Analysis:
Monitor and analyze marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Brand Management:
Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and communication.
Community Engagement:
Develop strategies to engage new patients and foster customer loyalty and through targeted communications, events and programs such as the Smiley O'Riley program
Collaboration:
Work closely with executives, the marketing team, and other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Skills & Abilities Education:
Bachelor's Degree, or 5+ years of equivalent experience
Experience:
2 plus years of experience in marketing and other business-related activities.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Suite of Services; Adobe Suite of Services; Other Marketing, Communication, and reporting software. Position Qualifications Adaptability
