In this dual role, you will be the driving force behind both our brand identity and our operational efficiency. You will manage marketing campaigns, maintain social media and e-commerce platforms, and oversee inventory and shipping logistics to ensure our products reach customers seamlessly. Responsibilities Marketing & Brand Management Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales for the boutique and product line. Manage and create content for social media channels, email newsletters, and the company website. Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging across all customer touchpoints. Plan and coordinate special events, product launches, and promotional campaigns. Logistics & Operations Oversee inventory levels for both the physical boutique and the online store. Manage the supply chain, including ordering raw materials, tracking production, and communicating with vendors. Coordinate fulfillment and shipping logistics for e-commerce orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Optimize operational processes to reduce costs and improve overall efficiency. Technology & Administration Utilize e-commerce platforms, point-of-sale systems, and inventory management software daily. Analyze sales data and marketing metrics to generate reports and inform business decisions. Handle administrative tasks related to product listings, pricing updates, and digital asset management.
Qualifications & Skills Required Skills Exceptional Organization:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
Advanced Computer Literacy:
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Squarespace), inventory software, Microsoft Office (Excel), and Google Workspace.
Marketing Expertise:
Experience with digital marketing tools, social media management tools, and basic design software (e.g., Canva).
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor negotiation and customer engagement.
Pay:
$10.00 - $15.00 per hour
