This dual-role position is responsible for developing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and cultivating relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of marketing expertise, relationship-building skills, and business development experience within the construction, commercial services, or related industries. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Marketing Management Develop and implement marketing plans that support company growth objectives. Manage the company's digital presence, including website content, social media platforms, and online advertising. Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, proposals, newsletters, and promotional content. Coordinate branding efforts to ensure a consistent and professional company image. Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and lead generation. Support recruiting, community outreach, and company events through strategic marketing campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
