Your Recipe for Impact — What You'll Do As a Regional Field Marketing Director, you will lead the strategy and execution of field marketing programs that drive brand awareness, guest traffic, sales growth, and community engagement across multiple markets. By connecting enterprise initiatives to local opportunities, you'll help restaurants succeed in their communities while delivering measurable business results. In this role, you'll Make a Difference by creating impactful marketing programs, Serve with Heart through meaningful local engagement, Win as One by partnering across teams and markets, and Move Forward Boldly by supporting growth, innovation, and expansion into new markets. Day-to-Day Ingredients — Responsibilities As a Regional Field Marketing Director, you will: Lead field marketing strategy across multiple markets and regions. Turn brand priorities into locally relevant marketing plans and activations. Direct Local Store Marketing programs, tools, and execution standards. Partner with Operations and cross-functional teams to drive business results. Support new restaurant openings and market expansion initiatives. Oversee experiential marketing programs, events, and food truck activations. Manage field marketing budgets and optimize marketing investments. Analyze performance metrics to drive traffic, sales, and brand growth. Provide insights, recommendations, and results to senior leadership. Build strong relationships with Operations leaders, agencies, and community partners. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field marketing team. Represent Field Marketing in strategic planning and business reviews.
