Job Description
If you know how to turn a great spirits portfolio into real market growth, this role puts you in the middle of the action. KEG 1 is looking for a Brand Manager who can build supplier partnerships, energize sales teams, spot opportunities in the market, and bring premium spirits brands to life with measurable results. This is not a desk-only marketing role. You will be where strategy meets execution: shaping brand plans, working side by side with suppliers and sales leaders, reading the market, and turning smart ideas into profitable growth. What You'll Do Own growth plans for assigned spirits brands and supplier portfolios, translating supplier priorities and market opportunities into clear sales, distribution, and activation goals. Build annual business plans, forecasts, budgets, and integrated marketing calendars. Partner directly with suppliers and sales leadership to increase distribution, grow volume and revenue, protect margin, expand market share, and improve gross profit. Analyze sales trends, pricing, margins, inventory, competitive activity, and market opportunities. Lead brand launches, tastings, promotions, market visits, ride-withs, and other activations that help sales teams tell the brand story and win with customers. Create effective programs for on-premise, off-premise, chain, independent, and specialty retail accounts. Manage supplier marketing funds, co-op budgets, credits, reimbursements, and program commitments. Equip and energize sales teams with spirits training, brand stories, category insights, and practical selling tools they can use in the market. Five or more years of experience in brand management, supplier management, sales, marketing, beverage alcohol, wholesale distribution, or CPG. Strong business judgment, financial acumen, analytical ability, and comfort working with performance data. Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. A strategic mindset paired with the energy and accountability to execute in the market. Spirits category knowledge and experience working with distributors, suppliers, or consumer brands are strongly preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within the market and attend approved industry events.
