- Oversee daily operations of entertainment and recreation activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and safety standards.
- Coordinate and schedule staff for various entertainment and recreation events, activities, and facilities.
- Develop, implement, and promote entertainment programs and recreational services to attract and engage customers.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and equipment related to entertainment and recreation areas.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate team members, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop promotional strategies and special events.
- Monitor facility and equipment maintenance, addressing issues promptly to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve offerings and service quality.
- Build relationships with vendors, entertainers, and service providers for program enhancement.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or event management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
- Creative mindset with a passion for delivering engaging customer experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance regulations.
- Bachelors degree in hospitality, recreation, business, or related field preferred.
