Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of entertainment and recreation activities, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule staff for various entertainment and recreation events, activities, and facilities.
  • Develop, implement, and promote entertainment programs and recreational services to attract and engage customers.
  • Manage budgets, inventory, and equipment related to entertainment and recreation areas.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate team members, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and management teams to develop promotional strategies and special events.
  • Monitor facility and equipment maintenance, addressing issues promptly to ensure operational continuity.
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve offerings and service quality.
  • Build relationships with vendors, entertainers, and service providers for program enhancement.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in entertainment, recreation, hospitality, or event management.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering engaging customer experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance regulations.
  • Bachelors degree in hospitality, recreation, business, or related field preferred.
