Charles Schwab's Marketing organization shapes how clients and prospects experience the Schwab brand through impactful communications, personalized engagement, and innovative marketing strategies. Within Marketing, the Marketing Technology & Enablement team supports acquisition and client engagement initiatives by leveraging client insights, behavioral triggers, and advanced marketing technologies to deliver meaningful and relevant interactions across multiple channels. As a Manager, Marketing Lead Management, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted consultant to business stakeholders, helping translate marketing objectives into scalable communication solutions that drive measurable outcomes. You will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and related technologies to design, develop, and optimize new lead sources, data integrations, and targeted nurture campaigns that connect clients and prospects with relevant Schwab products, services, and experiences. In this role, you will advanced analytical and technical skills to build audience segmentation strategies, automate communications, and enhance campaign effectiveness through data-driven decision making. You will collaborate closely with marketing, technology, sales, compliance, and creative partners to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and implement innovative solutions that improve efficiency, sustainability, and client engagement. Success in this role requires both strategic thinking and strong execution. You will analyze data from multiple sources, assess lead and campaign performance, streamline legacy processes, and improve communications through scalable automation and reusable marketing assets. Your ability to manage changing priorities, influence stakeholders, work through ambiguous requirements or data, and deliver high-quality solutions will directly support business outcomes and improve client experience. What you have Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a marketing technology, marketing operations, consulting, or related role. 2+ years of experience developing within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audience segmentation, automations, journeys, and data extensions. 2+ years of experience developing or maintaining email communications using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS. 2+ years of experience working on data integrations into Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including solid understanding of Salesforce Rest/SOAP APIs, forms, cloud-connector, etc. 2+ years of lead management experience in a B2C marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc. Experience ing analytical thinking and data-driven decision making to solve business and marketing challenges. Experience working cross-collaboratively with Marketing and Sales partners, driving alignment on lead quality and adoption. Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver results within tight timelines. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups. Demonstrated success building partnerships and serving as a trusted advisor to business teams. Strong attention to detail, organizational effectiveness, and workflow management capabilities. Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement. Experience collaborating across technology, business, and creative teams to achieve shared outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Experience developing reusable and scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud assets to support enterprise marketing initiatives. Experience supporting knowledge management practices and contributing to shared documentation repositories. Familiarity with legal and compliance considerations related to marketing and client communications. Financial services industry experience. Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira or similar work management tools. Experience working with AI agents and coding assistants in environments like GitHub Copilot.
