Job Description

Product Marketing Manager About the Role Wellah, a fast-growing women's wellness brand, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Marketing Manager to oversee the lifecycle of our products from concept to launch and beyond. This role will play a critical part in product development, inventory planning, sourcing, e-commerce optimization, and cross-functional project management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, passionate about health and wellness, and excited to help bring innovative products to market while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Manage Product Listings:
Oversee product listings across all sales channels while optimizing the customer experience to increase conversion. Ensure product pages remain accurate, compelling, and up to date, including product descriptions, image stacks, pricing, subscription settings, and promotional content.
Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and sales velocity to maintain healthy stock positions. Collaborate directly with the Brand Manager and Head of Operations to support production planning, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory turnover. Maintain reporting systems to track inventory performance and future demand.
Product Development:
Lead new product initiatives from ideation to testing viral flavors. From helping with the approval of product labels, to strategizing the launch of a new product, you will be involved from start to finish.
Sourcing and Manufacturing:
Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to coordinate production timelines, item sourcing, packaging procurement, and product launches. Assist in managing vendor relationships and identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
Formula & Ingredient Management:
Collaborate with the R&D team and suppliers to evaluate ingredients, review specifications, analyze costs, and support formula development. Stay informed on emerging wellness trends, ingredient innovations, and regulatory considerations to help guide product decisions.
Pre/Post Product Launch Management:
Coordinate product launch activities across marketing, operations, customer experience, and retail channels. Monitor product performance following launch, analyze customer feedback and sales data, and recommend optimizations, flavor extensions, reformulations, or product improvements as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in e-commerce and product management, preferably within supplements, health & wellness, CPG, or a related industry. Strong awareness of health trends and fitness happenings. Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with the ability to develop spreadsheets, analyze performance metrics, and maintain organized information systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, creative, and external vendors. Proficiency in Google Sheets, project management tools, and e-commerce platforms is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
