About the

Job:

Prepare and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for paid search, paid social, display, video, and other digital channels. Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to track, evaluate, and report on campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally to create and execute successful digital marketing campaigns. Manage the digital marketing budget including forecasting, allocation, and pacing, with the ability to report on budget numbers to leadership. Manage and mentor a small team, while providing project direction across departments.

About You:

6+ years of digital marketing experience, with 3+ years of management experience, required. A bachelors degree is required. Tech savvy with proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics. Strong communications skills with a passion for collaboration and team growth. About the

Salary range of $110K

• 120K (DOE) with annual bonus potential. 100% employer-paid benefits package for the employee and dependents, with a generous retirement contribution plan! On-site 3x/week in the Falls Church, VA office
