    The Manager
  • Brand Operations & Stakeholder Relations serves as the primary operational engine for FLAME University's Office of Brand & Communications.
Acting as the bridge between creative execution and campus stakeholders, this role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end intake, triage, and delivery of all institutional brand assets, ranging from event collateral, brochures, and digital announcements to multi-channel campaigns. The manager oversees daily creative traffic across internal teams and external agencies, enforcing appropriate standards and guidelines while elevating routine operational requests into strategic storytelling opportunities across university platforms. Beyond project management, this role is a key liaison between the Office of Brand & Communications and various university stakeholders. This postholder may be asked to join cross-functional planning meetings, for major institutional milestones such as Convocation, Orientation, and academic symposia, to support creative assets readiness. The postholder is expected to provide real-time status updates on marketing collaterals readiness and event branding assets in a timely manner to all stakeholders. Combining sharp operational discipline with a keen eye for brand alignment, the ideal candidate will streamline cross-functional workflows, safeguard FLAME's visual and narrative standards, and foster collaborative relationships with cross-departmental administrative teams, faculty, and student bodies across campus. The postholder will guide brand hub operations, through influence, collaboration, and shared drive. To begin with, the role is that of an individual contributor but one that significantly influences content and design execution. The role may scale to include people management responsibilities in the medium term.
