They are seeking a Paid Media Program Manager to build and scale the foundational systems that power high-performing paid media initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for a strategic, systems-oriented marketer who excels at creating structure, enabling new channel adoption, and designing scalable frameworks that improve media effectiveness. Rather than managing day-to-day campaign optimization, this position focuses on building the programs, processes, and standards that allow paid media efforts to perform at scale globally.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Lead the identification, evaluation, and launch of emerging and high-impact paid media channels, including niche and review-based platforms
Develop structured go-to-market frameworks for new channels, including audience strategy, testing plans, and performance benchmarks
Partner with data, analytics, and marketing operations teams to activate and optimize first-party audience data and intent-based segments
Build and manage governance models for audience segmentation, tracking integrity, naming conventions, and data activation processes
Establish scalable best practices for landing pages, campaign alignment, and conversion readiness across digital programs
Here's what our ideal candidate has:
Strong expertise in multi-channel paid media strategy and activation frameworks
Solid understanding of marketing technology ecosystems, including tracking, audience segmentation, and data flows
Proven experience in program management and leading cross-functional initiatives across marketing, data, and product teams
Ability to design repeatable processes, playbooks, and scalable operational frameworks
Analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics and measuring program impact
