full-time A leading, employee-owned North American general contractor is seeking a Marketing Manager to join its Seattle team. This is a high-visibility opportunity to lead regional marketing initiatives, support major project pursuits, and strengthen the company's presence across the Pacific Northwest. The position is well suited to an experienced construction or AEC marketing professional, or a strong Senior Marketing Coordinator ready to step into a management role. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and interview materials Partner with business development, estimating, and operations teams on strategic project pursuits Develop compelling content that highlights the company's people, projects, and capabilities Manage regional marketing campaigns, events, award submissions, and communications Maintain marketing collateral, project profiles, resumes, and CRM information Coordinate multiple deadlines while ensuring consistent branding and high-quality deliverables Support and mentor junior marketing team members Ideal Background Marketing, proposals, communications, or business development experience within construction, architecture, engineering, or a related AEC environment Strong writing, editing, organization, and project-management skills Experience supporting RFPs, RFQs, proposals, and pursuit interviews Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, is preferred Confident working with senior leadership and cross-functional project teams Compensation and Benefits Base salary up to $125,000 , depending on experience Annual performance bonus Participation in an Employee Stock Ownership Plan with annual dividend payouts Comprehensive benefits and long-term career-development opportunities This is a confidential search.
