Job Description

Program Strategy & Execution Own the end-to-end Joint Marketing Agreement (JMA) management lifecycle for HP and HPE, including allocation, budget cascade, utilization tracking, true-ups, in-flight budget rebalancing, reserve management, and overall program execution. Manage the end-to-end Investment Program Execution (IPE) lifecycle, including new agreements and amendments, by drafting documentation, coordinating reviews and approvals, tracking progress through signature, and ensuring timely communication to stakeholders. Govern program compliance requirements, including proof-of-execution (POE) submission processes, adherence to contractual timelines, exception management, and risk mitigation activities. Manage WDS OEM licensing and waiver intake requests, driving resolution through appropriate escalation paths and ensuring revenue-impacting issues are addressed promptly. Analyze program performance, budget utilization, operational metrics, and business outcomes to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for continuous process improvement. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the HP and HPE account teams, providing regular business status updates, managing escalations, and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Partner closely with WDS Operations, CELA, Finance, and account teams to remove execution blockers, drive operational excellence, and ensure marketing programs and strategic initiatives remain on schedule. Manage the OEM letter process for HP, including HP India, coordinating requests, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and issuance while maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated ability to lead complex business programs across multiple stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of partner investment programs, budget planning, funding utilization, forecasting, and financial controls. Understanding of compliance, governance, contractual requirements, and operational risk management practices. Strong analytical capabilities with experience transforming data into actionable business insights through reporting and performance analysis. Proven ability to build partnerships, influence without authority, and drive execution across Finance, Legal/CELA, Operations, Marketing, and partner-facing teams.
