Amazon Ads Partners play a crucial role in this landscape, helping brands achieve and exceed their desired outcomes through tech innovation and expert managed services. Our team builds partnerships across the advertising landscape to drive innovation and growth for all brands, including those that do not sell on Amazon.com. In this role, you'll lead the development and execution of Amazon Ads' partner communication strategy, creating impactful ways to connect with our diverse partner ecosystem. Working closely with stakeholder teams, you'll create seamless information flows that ensure our partners
- from global agencies to tech innovators
- have the right information at the right time.
- Develop and execute partner communication strategies that align with Amazon Ads' business priorities
- Build scalable communication frameworks that effectively serve different partner segments
- Collaborate across teams to ensure consistent, high-quality partner communications for all initiatives
- Create and manage compelling content that drives partner engagement and enablement
- Lead content strategy and execution for Partner Network to support partner success
- Measure and optimize communication effectiveness through data-driven insightsBasic Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languagesPreferred Qualifications
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
