This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys building relationships, loves event planning, and is excited to help grow a craft beverage brand. The primary focus is growing the tasting room experience and community engagement, while also supporting off-site events, light sales outreach, and occasional production support. What You'll Do Tasting Room & Hospitality Lead day-to-day tasting room operations and customer experience Create a welcoming, high-energy environment for guests Develop ideas and initiatives to increase traffic, repeat customers, memberships, and community engagement Train and support tasting room staff as needed Help maintain cleanliness, presentation, and merchandising standards Events & Community Growth Plan, organize, and execute tasting room events, live music nights, community collaborations, and seasonal activations Coordinate off-site events, festivals, tastings, and brand activations Travel periodically for setup, pouring, and representing the brand at regional events Build partnerships with local businesses, nonprofits, restaurants, and community organizations Help grow brand awareness throughout Spokane and surrounding markets Sales & Brand Support Support light sales outreach and relationship management with retail and on-premise accounts Assist with sampling events and distributor relationships when needed Represent the brand professionally and enthusiastically in the market Production & Operations Support Assist occasionally with cider production, packaging, canning, or warehouse support during busy periods Help wherever needed as part of a growing craft beverage company What We're Looking For Strong people and communication skills Self-starter with event planning and organizational ability Hospitality, beverage, brewery, winery, or event experience preferred Comfortable lifting, moving event equipment, and working on your feet Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel Passion for craft beverages, community building, and creating memorable experiences
