If you're a competitive, coachable sales performer who thrives on building relationships, hitting goals, and creating real impact, VitaCare Living's Director of Marketing and Leasing role may be your next big opportunity. At VitaCare Living, we believe in adding life to the years of our residents and team through compassionate, person-centered care. We're on the lookout for a director of sales committed to helping our assisted living communities meet census goals. You will be trained in existing successful lead generation systems, sales processes, and internal systems. You will be responsible for meeting weekly and monthly new admission targets. Our ideal applicant is a leader, creative thinker, and hard worker.
Compensation:
$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Host marketing events each month. Manage the funnel of prospective resident referrals. Maintain referral relationships. Create new referral relationships. Raise and maintain occupancy levels across 6 communities. Coordinate initial assessments of potential residents and make notifications. Obtain the required admission documents before resident admissions.
