Job Description

Marketing Manager Hildebrand Law Firm Glendale, WI Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $80,000 a year 15 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) 401(k) matching Retirement plan Qualifications Social media advertising campaigns Organizing community events Social media event promotion AI tools proficiency Zoom Social media analytics reporting Driver's License Canva Facebook Marketing operations Copywriting Full Job Description About the firm Hildebrand Law Firm has served Milwaukee families and businesses since 2001, across estate planning, probate, Medicaid planning, family law, real estate, and business law. Most of our clients are 55 and over, which shapes how we market but not who we hire. We run free legal workshops at our Glendale office, on Zoom, and around the community, and we support local causes through initiatives like our annual Hildebrand Run for Charity. The role Workshops are how most of our clients first meet us. You will own the engine that fills them: referral partnerships, the workshop calendar, the ad spend, and our social presence. This is our first dedicated marketing hire. You set the plan rather than inherit one, you control the budget directly, and you report to the Operations Manager with direct access to the founding attorney. There is no layer between you and the decision. Responsibilities Referral partnerships (primary focus). Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, nursing homes and assisted living communities, financial advisors, CPAs, and realtors. In-person visits, lunch-and-learns, co-hosted workshops, and enough consistent follow-up that we are the firm they think of first. You will track all of it in our CRM so the pipeline is visible and does not live in your head. Workshops and events. Own the calendar end to end: scheduling, venues, Eventbrite registration, chamber and community partner coordination, run sheets, room setup, Zoom logistics, email follow-up sequences, and attorney scheduling. You own the attendance number for every workshop. Advertising. Plan and buy the mix that fills rooms, across out-of-home, print, and paid social. A 55+ audience makes the channel math different from most consumer marketing and more interesting than it sounds. Negotiate with vendors, manage the spend, and report cost per attendee by channel. Social and content. Run Facebook and LinkedIn end to end: content calendar, copy, workshop promotion, and paid campaigns in Meta Ads Manager. Build creative in Canva. You will have a real paid social budget and the latitude to test it against everything else we buy. Community presence. Support the firm's community work, including our annual charity run and our podcast. Tools We use Claude across the firm and expect you to use it for research, drafting, and analysis. Day to day you will work in Claude, Canva, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, our CRM, and our email marketing platform. If you want to bring in something better, make the case and we will look at it. Required 2 to 5 years in marketing, partnerships, business development, or events Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of events, not event support Strong writing: clear emails, social copy, and short ad copy without help Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns and reporting on what they returned Comfort building relationships with professionals and business owners in person Working knowledge of AI tools, or a real interest in getting there fast Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally to venues and partner meetings Discretion around confidential client matters Preferred Experience marketing to a 55+ audience, or in legal, senior living, healthcare, or financial services Media buying experience, particularly out-of-home CRM administration experience
