Job Description
Director of Enrollment & Marketing Kids Junction - 3.5 Madison, WI Job Details Full-time $55,000 - $60,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Free parking Health savings account Paid holidays Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Employee discount Professional development assistance Retirement plan Qualifications Customer communication Bachelor's degree Full Job Description Kids Junction partners with families to nurture children in mind, body, and Christlike character from infancy through 5th grade. Our five values — Love, Honor, Integrity, Trustworthy Consistency, and Compassionate Communication — aren't posted on a wall somewhere. They're how we expect people to treat each other, and that extends to the families who are still deciding whether Kids Junction is right for them. That decision usually starts long before a child's first day. This role is where it begins. As Director of Enrollment & Marketing , you'll often be one of the first people a prospective family gets to know. You'll build awareness in the community, respond to inquiries, lead tours, manage the enrollment pipeline, and help families decide whether Kids Junction is the right fit. The right person for this role listens well, builds trust, communicates clearly, and is comfortable helping people make a decision — without feeling the need to "close" them.
Who we are:
Kids Junction Preschool Learning Center has been faithfully serving families in the Madison area through daycare and education since 2004. Since we are a family-run preschool and childcare center, the children who step through our doors are like an extension of our own family. From the youngest baby on site to the most senior staff member, we treat each other the way we'd like to be treated: as valuable, creative individuals. As a faith-based daycare, we center our decisions on Christian values of love, respect, honor, integrity, kindness and grace. These values direct the way we treat each other and the way we interact with the children in our care. Partnering with Families to Build Strong Mind, Body and Christlike Character in infancy, preschool and school age. What You'll Do Generate qualified family inquiries through digital marketing, social media, referrals, events, and community partnerships Respond promptly and personally to prospective families and own the full journey — inquiry, discovery, tour, follow-up, decision, enrollment Lead tours that actually show families what makes Kids Junction different, not just what it looks like Learn what each family cares about and connect it to our teachers, curriculum, community, safety, and philosophy Follow up with curiosity rather than pressure and help families work through real questions or hesitations Keep accurate enrollment and marketing records and maintain a well-managed pipeline Track what the numbers are telling us — inquiry sources, tour-to-enrollment conversion, occupancy, recurring questions — and act on it Build relationships with community partners and represent Kids Junction at selected events Bring the enrollment and family perspective into leadership team conversations What Success Looks Like Families feel known, not processed. Tours give them a real and honest picture of who we are. Follow-up is consistent, leads don't sit unattended, and what families experience after enrollment lines up with what they were told while considering Kids Junction. The enrollment pipeline should also help us make better decisions. You'll be able to see where families are getting stuck, what seems to be working, and where there may be opportunities we haven't acted on yet. What You'll Bring Genuine warmth and curiosity about people Strong follow-through and organization — you don't let things drop Comfort guiding people toward a decision, one-on-one or in a group Strong written and verbal communication Ability to balance real relationships with measurable results Willingness to learn and use a CRM or enrollment-management system A collaborative approach to working on a leadership team Authentic alignment with Kids Junction's mission and values Background That Works Well Here You might come from admissions, enrollment, relationship-based sales, family or customer experience, marketing, business development, community engagement, or early childhood education.
