Digital Marketing Brand Manger

Digital Marketing Brand Manager Orange Beach, AL | Full-Time | On-Site The Island Church is a growing, life-giving church on the Alabama Gulf Coast with over 1,000 in-person attendees each Sunday. We're seeking a Christ-loving Marketing Brand Manager to lead our branding, digital presence, and creative storytelling across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the church brand across social, web, print, video, and in-house platforms
• Create and schedule content for social media and theislandchurch.tv
• Shoot and edit video and photography for services, events, and promotions
• Create marketing assets for TV, digital, email, and print
• Lead, build, and schedule photography and videography teams
• Track performance and optimize content for engagement and reach

Lead Pastor, Connections Pastor, and Creative Director Qualifications:

• A.A. Degree or 2+ years equivalent experience in digital media or marketing
• 2+ years of photography and videography experience
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with WordPress, Duda, and/or Square
• Strong creative eye, leadership skills, and passion for the local church
