MARKETING + CONTENT PART-TIME
POSITION- Social Media | Content Creation | Brand Marketing The Opportunity At Specialized Real Estate Group, we develop, build, and steward healthy neighborhoods that enrich everyday life through connection, well-being, and belonging. We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive intern who is excited to gain hands-on experience in social media, content production, and real estate marketing. This internship is designed for someone who enjoys being both behind the camera and behind the strategy - identifying stories, capturing content, helping turn ideas into posts and campaigns, and learning how marketing supports awareness, engagement, leasing, and the overall customer experience. The employee will work alongside the SREG team and collaborate with property teams, marketing partners, vendors, and community partners across our portfolio. No two weeks will look exactly the same, and the right person will be comfortable jumping into new projects and helping bring ideas to life. What You Will Be Doing- Assist with social media planning, brainstorming, and content calendars across property accounts.
- Capture photo and video content at properties, resident events, community programming, construction milestones, openings, and other company activities.
- Create and organize short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Assist with Reels, Stories, behind-the-scenes content, property features, resident-focused content, and community storytelling.
- Help identify content opportunities across the SREG portfolio and turn everyday activity into compelling marketing stories.
- Support working in sprout social posting content, writing captions, post copy, content concepts, calls to action, and other digital marketing materials.
- Assist with content that supports apartment leasing, commercial leasing, hospitality, events, and overall property awareness.
- Coordinate with property managers and team members to gather timely updates, photos, stories, and information for marketing.
- Help maintain organized photo, video, and content libraries so assets can be easily reused across channels.
- Research social media trends, competitor activity, local market trends, and new content ideas relevant to Northwest Arkansas and real estate.
- Support community partnerships and resident events by helping capture, promote, and repurpose content before, during, and after events.
- Assist with website, blog, newsletter, listing, and digital content as opportunities arise.
- Review basic social and digital performance metrics to help the team understand what content is resonating and where opportunities exist.
- Participate in marketing meetings, planning sessions, and creative brainstorming.
- Eagerness to learn, a willingness to take initiative, positive, professional, and collaborative attitude.
- A creative eye and interest in social media, content creation, marketing, branding, photography, or video.
- Comfort using social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Strong written communication skills and an ability to adapt messaging for different brands and audiences.
- Confidence with technology and a willingness to learn new platforms and marketing tools.
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset and willingness to attend events or visit properties to capture content.
- Integrity, good judgment, and an understanding that representing a company and its properties on social media requires care and professionalism. Helpful, But Not Required
- Experience with Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools.
- Experience creating short-form video or social media content. Photography or videography experience.
- Interest in real estate, hospitality, placemaking, events, or community development.
- Coursework in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, journalism, or graphic design. What You Will Gain
