This position will play a key part in telling the story of our patients, employees, and facilities across multiple platforms. This is not a traditional marketing role. We need someone hands-on, innovative, and comfortable both behind the camera and behind the strategy.

What You'll Do:

Capture and oversee video content highlighting patient journeys and facility experiences Create and produce a podcast centered around employee stories in the SNF space Film, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for multiple platforms Manage and grow social media presence across channels Use AI tools to enhance content creation, editing, and distribution Collaborate with leadership to develop creative campaigns and storytelling initiatives

What We're Looking For:

Experience in videography, video editing, and content production Strong understanding of social media platforms and growth strategies Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (editing, scripting, automation, etc.) Ability to work independently and travel between facilities Creative mindset with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment Healthcare or SNF experience is a plus, but not required
