This position is responsible for managing campaign execution, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and performance of marketing programs. Working at the intersection of performance marketing, brand execution, and operations, this role helps drive scalable growth through strong organization, proactive communication, and data-informed support. What You'll Do Execute and support multi-channel marketing campaigns, including setup, updates, scheduling, and quality assurance Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure campaigns launch accurately and on schedule Maintain campaign documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage creative assets, approvals, and production timelines Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist in identifying trends, inconsistencies, and optimization opportunities Support project management workflows, including asset organization, invoice tracking, and budget reconciliation Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and maintain organized asset libraries Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and leadership to align initiatives with business needs Assist with testing initiatives, new market launches, and ad hoc marketing projects What You'll Bring 1-3+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or project coordination Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Familiarity with marketing channels (digital and/or traditional) Experience with tools such as Asana, Google Sheets, or Excel Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of marketing performance metrics (e.g., CPL, ROAS, conversion rates) Experience working with vendors, agencies, or multi-location businesses is a plus Key Attributes for
