Club Pilates Sedona is seeking an energetic, creative, and community-minded professional to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Specialist . This role bridges sales, marketing, and member relations —supporting the front desk and management with a focus on community engagement through B2C sales, social media management, and member retention . Primary Responsibilities:
Sales & Membership Growth Support lead generation and membership sales through cadenced outreach, follow-up, and studio presentations. Adhere closely to the established sales process to drive strong booking, attendance, and conversion rates in alignment with studio expectations. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for memberships and retail. Conduct studio tours and educate prospects on Club Pilates offerings and benefits. Maintain accurate CRM records for leads, prospects, and sales activities. Assist in training and mentoring Sales Associates on sales processes and customer service standards. Marketing & Community Engagement Manage social media platforms by planning and scheduling creative and brand consistent content that aligns with studio events, sales goals, and key highlights. Responsibilities also include actively monitoring accounts and engaging with the community by responding to messages, comments, and followers in a timely and professional manner. Plan and execute grassroots marketing and local outreach events. Represent Club Pilates at community events and partnerships to build brand awareness and generate leads. Create digital and physical marketing materials such as email campaigns, post cards, flyers etc. using tools such as Canva. Plan and participate in engagement activities like Book Club, Walking Club, and local programs. Member Experience & Retention Coordinate member milestone, anniversary, and birthday recognition programs. Deliver exceptional customer service to members and prospects, addressing inquiries promptly. Support daily studio operations, including check-ins, retail sales, and maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Assist with deep cleaning and retail inventory tracking/floor resetting.
