This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in the field while promoting healthcare service lines through a consultative, relationship-focused approach. The role blends outreach, account development, and marketing support, with time spent between a home office, designated office locations, and regional travel throughout the service area. Candidates who bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine interest in healthcare outreach will be well suited for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community partners, and healthcare accounts to expand awareness of available services.
- Represent healthcare service offerings in the field through consultative conversations that identify client needs and uncover growth opportunities within existing accounts.
- Plan and carry out marketing outreach activities, including direct engagement efforts, follow-up communication, and support for promotional initiatives.
- Use Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools to document outreach activity, track account interactions, and maintain accurate records of business development efforts.
- Coordinate and participate in events, visits, and external meetings that help increase visibility and strengthen partner engagement.
- Manage a regional territory with regular travel during the workweek, starting and ending the day from a home-based setting on designated field days.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with service line priorities and ensure consistent communication with prospective and current partners.
- Take part in ride-alongs or shadowing activities as needed to learn role expectations and support a smooth onboarding experience.
