) The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, improve online reputation, and support our school's communication and recruitment efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.   • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget and billing reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in social media management platforms and best practices.
  • Basic video editing skills for creating short-form content (reels, etc.).
  • Proficiency in creating engaging social media visuals using tools like Canva.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with online reputation management strategies is a plus. Comments and Other Information
