Job Description
Bayline Sales Group creates marketing people can actually interact with. Our event-based campaigns give nationally recognized brands a face, a voice, and a direct connection to customers through community pop-ups, outdoor promotions, and in-person sales experiences. We're adding a full-time Brand Representative in Burlingame to represent a leading telecommunications brand at promotional events throughout the area. As a Brand Representative, you'll create engaging brand experiences, introduce wireless products and promotions, and support sales and enrollment while helping each event make a strong impression. Responsibilities of the Brand Representative Create an energetic, welcoming brand presence that draws people into the campaign and starts natural conversations. Learn key campaign messages and communicate them confidently while supporting event sales goals. Use product demonstrations, promotions, and conversation to make the telecommunications brand more memorable. Maintain event materials and presentation so each setup reflects a consistent, professional brand experience. Turn event interest into sales opportunities by helping customers explore wireless services and enrollment options. Coordinate with other Brand Representative team members to keep promotions engaging, organized, and aligned with sales goals. Qualifications of the Brand Representative Energetic and comfortable being one of the first people customers encounter at an event. Strong communicator who can represent campaign messaging without sounding scripted. Interested in events, branding, promotions, marketing, communications, or sales. Attentive to presentation and able to maintain professionalism in active outdoor and community environments. Comfortable initiating conversations and contributing toward customer acquisition and sales performance. This Brand Representative role is entry-level friendly; previous event, promotional, marketing, or sales experience is helpful but not required.
